BenQ’s RP750 Interactive Flat Panel and LU9715 Blue Core Laser Projector Win Top Honors from Tech & Learning, AV Technology and Commercial Integrator
COSTA MESA, Calif. — June 16, 2016 — BenQ America Corp., the global No.1 DLP® brand, today announced that its RP750 Interactive Flat Panel and LU9715 Blue Core laser projector were recognized with several show awards at InfoComm 2016 in Las Vegas. The RP750 Interactive Flat Panel received Tech & Learning’s Best of Show Award and Commercial Integrator's BEST Award for Interactive Whiteboards. The LU9715 also received Commercial Integrator’s BEST Award for Large Venue Projectors, while being recognized with AV Technology's Best of Show Award.

Sized to engage the entire class and enable free flow and easy access to information, BenQ's RP750 75-inch Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) features full HD resolution and 20-point multitouch capabilities to smoothly transition any classroom to fully immersive active learning environments, all while providing a healthier viewing experience for teachers and students. The screen's tempered glass is covered with a bacteria-resistant coating to help reduce the spread of germs while the display is enhanced with BenQ's exclusive Eye-Care features, including anti-glare glass to minimize light reflections and improve readability, as well as Low Blue Light and ZeroFlicker™ backlight technologies to reduce eye fatigue during long hours of content viewing and instruction.
Equipped with a built-in Android™ operating system, the RP750 is packed with a suite of apps and educational games for classroom instruction, such as a WPS Office document reader, built-in Web browser and an EZWrite instant digital blackboard annotation tool and media player app. It also features DisplayNote, BenQ’s free bundled desktop and mobile application, enabling educators to create more collaborative lessons by streaming any content directly from their computers or via the cloud to multiple participants across various devices. Also available in 65- and 70-inches, the RP653 and PR703 round out the product line's offering.
Engineered for large-venue professional installations such as entertainment venues, corporate meeting rooms, houses of worship, educational facilities and more, the LU9715 Blue Core laser professional projector delivers 8000 Colorific™ ANSI-lumen brightness and 100,000:1 contrast ratio for superior viewing experiences even under bright ambient lighting. The Blue Core laser engine provides significantly improved color performance through a dual color wheel system that produces flawless RGBY color with enhanced intensity, balance and fidelity. The projector is guaranteed for 20,000 hours of operation at full brightness without lamp replacement. Based on DLP technology, the LU9715 offers crisp and long-lasting color accuracy that never degrades or fades over time. In addition, the Custom Light Mode consistently blends brightness across multiple projections. The LU9715 supports 360 degree and portrait installation and 24/7 operation for expanded application opportunities. Additionally, it offers eight optional lenses that feature all-glass construction quality with throw ratios ranging from TR 0.38 to TR 8.19 for ultra-clear focus that produces brighter images in venues of any size.
The Tech & Learning and AV Technology awards were presented on the InfoComm show floor and were selected by panels of industry experts and editors, as well as by judges’ inspection at the convention. The CI BEST Awards highlight the most noteworthy new products and services that impact commercial integrators' businesses in 2016.
