The results are in and Barco’s new R-Series LED and ClickShare CSE-200 are big winners! NewBay Media bestowed the awards at InfoComm 2016 last week, recognizing both for Best of Show in their respective publications: Digital Signage and AV Technology.

The R-Series “digital media canvas” is a unique LED screen technology that is radically different from traditional LED displays. Thanks to their thin, lightweight, and bendable design, the R10 attaches easily to virtually any surface – including curved surfaces. Compared to standard LED displays, the digital media canvas offers significantly more creative freedom while greatly reducing setup time and cost.

Collaboration across the enterprise
The CSE-200 won a clear victory for numerous features, but especially enhanced security. One judge summed it up, stating that “The most important upgrades are the security features with certificate authentication and PIN code.”

A panel of anonymous InfoComm members (CTS-certified) serve as on-site judges at InfoComm 2016. On Day 1 and Day 2, judges evaluated each entered product against multiple criteria including innovation; performance against category standard; richness/relevance of feature set; ease of installation/maintenance; network friendliness; and value/ROI. Products with the highest total points were designated as winners.
