AMX CONTINUES TO EXPAND BY OPENING NEW MIDWEST OFFICE
Services include Convenient On-Site Training for Midwest Dealers
 
RICHARDSON, Texas – February 3, 2009 – AMX®, a worldwide leader in the audio/visual control industry, announces the grand opening of its newest office, AMX Midwest, on February 3, 2009. Located at 200 W 22nd Ave, Suite 225 in Lombard, in the Chicago area, the nearly 2,600 square foot facility is dedicated to ensuring dealers receive the necessary training to deliver quality AMX solutions.
 
"AMX Midwest is an example of our continued commitment to our Midwest dealers, ensuring they will receive the comprehensive support and training necessary to be successful in the marketplace," says Alan Stoddard, AMX vice president of domestic sales. "Investment in this new office reflects the importance of this region to AMX. We are confident it will pay great dividends in today's competitive environment."
 
AMX Midwest houses a full time Training Center complete with 12-student classroom, conference room and 3 sales offices. The new office is among 11 other AMX offices and showrooms that offer on-site training facilities around the world, including the recently opened AMX London Showroom, AMX Las Vegas Showroom and AMX New York Showroom. AMX University, the company's worldwide training program, will begin offering Control and Signal Management classes at AMX Midwest for every skill level as of February 16.
